Note: Our private shuttle service Cancun is not only used to travel to hotels in the hotel zone or downtown Cancun. You can also use it to travel to the Riviera Maya (Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Costa Mujeres, etc).
Step 2
Once you click on the "Continue" button, you will be taken to a new window where you can review a summary of your details and the vehicles available for transportation in Cancun.
It is important to mention that, even if you have selected a round trip service, the page will show both the single and round trip prices by default. This allows you to reconsider your choice. Opting for the round trip service not only simplifies your trip, but also allows you to save money that you could enjoy during your stay in the city.
If you have decided to choose the single transfer service, when you click on it, it will ask you to select whether your service is from the airport to the hotel of your choice or from your hotel to the airport.
Otherwise, just click on the "round trip" option and you will automatically be presented with window number 2.
Step 3:
Continuing with your booking for transportation services in Cancún, the next window will request your flight details.
- For round-trip services: you will need to provide details for both your arrival flight to Cancún and your departure flight from Cancún.
- For one-way services from the airport to the hotel: only the arrival flight details are required.
- For services from your hotel to the airport: only the departure flight details will be requested.
Important note: If you have chosen a service from your hotel to the airport or a round-trip service, remember that it is necessary to arrive at the airport 2 to 3 hours in advance. To this, add the average travel time from your location, which you can check here.
