If you have decided to choose the single transfer service, when you click on it, it will ask you to select whether your service is from the airport to the hotel of your choice or from your hotel to the airport.

Otherwise, just click on the "round trip" option and you will automatically be presented with window number 2.

Continuing with your booking for transportation services in Cancún, the next window will request your flight details.

  • For round-trip services: you will need to provide details for both your arrival flight to Cancún and your departure flight from Cancún.
  • For one-way services from the airport to the hotel: only the arrival flight details are required.
  • For services from your hotel to the airport: only the departure flight details will be requested.

Important note: If you have chosen a service from your hotel to the airport or a round-trip service, remember that it is necessary to arrive at the airport 2 to 3 hours in advance. To this, add the average travel time from your location, which you can check here.
