How to find us?

Step 1: Pre-flight Coordination

One day before your flight, our representative will contact you to coordinate and verify your booking details. We will ensure you have all the necessary information and address any questions you may have before your trip.

Step 2: Arrival at Cancun Airport

Once your plane has landed in Cancun, you will need to go through customs procedures and collect your luggage. This process might take a few minutes depending on the number of passengers, so don’t worry if it takes a bit longer.

Step 3: Identifying Your Terminal

Depending on your airline, you will arrive at one of the airport's terminals (Terminal 2, 3, or 4). If you’re unsure which terminal, check your flight information or ask our representative when they contact you.

Step 4: Meeting Points

We have strategic meeting points within the airport to ensure a seamless experience:

• If you arrive at Terminal 2, our meeting point will be the Welcome Bar.
• If you arrive at Terminal 3, we will be waiting for you at the Village Bar.

Our representative will be waiting at the assigned spot with a sign displaying your name.

Step 5: Identifying the Representative

Upon reaching the meeting point, look for our representative holding a sign with your name. They will introduce themselves, provide their contact information, and confirm your booking details, ensuring a personalized and secure service.

Step 6: Transfer to the Vehicle

Once you have met our representative, they will accompany you to your private vehicle and assist with your luggage. The transfer will start immediately, taking you to your destination comfortably and safely.

If you have any difficulty finding us or have any questions, we are available 24/7. Call or message us, and our team will assist you immediately.
